Exciting Opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join Leading Medical Device Company in Responsibilities:Initiate and complete technical activities for current and next-generation programs, contributing to the development of new or improved products and processes.Analyze and solve a range of engineering problems, applying both basic principles and innovative approaches to address complex challenges.Develop expertise in engineering principles, theories, and practices, becoming a recognized leader in a specialised area and applying knowledge in leadership roles.Incorporate business policies and procedures into task completion, demonstrating an understanding of both company and customer needs.Cultivate internal and external networks, serve as a resource for new engineers, and provide mentorship to team members.Interact cross-functionally, serving as a consultant for engineering matters and acting as a spokesperson for business unit capabilities.Participate in validation activities, potentially owning tasks such as protocol/report writing and managing execution of validation activities.Education and Job Skills:National Framework of Qualifications level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
