We are looking for a Kitchen Steward supervisor to join our award-winning team at The Brehon Hotel & Spa, Killarney. This role is vital in supporting the chefs to deliver excellence in food preparation, presentation and to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen. Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain kitchen cleanliness on a day-to-day basis according to HSE standards Manage all day-to-day operations within the Kitchen Porters department. Supervises and manages kitchen porter team. Create the Kitchen Porters rosters on Alkimii Liaise with the Executive Head Chef and Head Chef in relation to upcoming events and day to day operations of the kitchen. Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees.
