HR and Recruitment Partner

Cpl HR recruitment are delighted to be supporting a successful global financial organisation in recruiting for a HR and Recruitment professional for an initial 6 month contract. Working on a hybrid model in Dublin 2, the successful candidate will support the wider business with best in practice HR support for employees and managers while supporting with recruitment for Ireland with the support of a centre of excellence in the UK Roles and responsibilities will include: Build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally Ensure HR support is best in class and in line with up to date Irish legislation Administration for all people changes in Ireland Own the recruitment process for Ireland in conjunction with 3 rd party support from agency Take ownership of onboarding new employees Liaise with UK on people focused projects Skills and experience required: Minimum of 4 years HR experience ideally in a financial space or regulated environment Highly organised with a good stakeholder and relationship building skills Have strong ability to priorities and work independently Excellent knowledge of Irish legislation If you are looking for a standalone opportunity where your HR and recruitment skills can be mastered, feel free to get in touch about this role with your CV to amy.lawson@cpl.ie in confidence
