About the role: Talent Management exists to accelerate the high performance and business growth of BSC by enabling the attraction, development and engagement of talent. This is accomplished by effectively developing relevant and timely leadership and organizational interventions that improve organizational and leadership effectiveness and workforce capabilities to substantially improve business performance and the quality of patient care. In this role, you will be a member of the Clonmel HR Team responsible for delivery and facilitation in supporting cyclical talent management activities and project priorities and managing development programs and processes to deliver the right development solutions, to the right people, at the right time, in a way that is aligned to business priorities. Your responsibilities include:  Talent Development Analyze and identify root cause of individual and team issues and provide recommendations to support talent development needs; Consult individually and with teams Deliver and facilitate Talent Development courses, internal programs, and external learning solutions. Facilitate larger groups and/or more complex meetings that may include senior leaders. Establish credibility with management population, give participants positive and constructive feedback. Assess the impact of solutions and actions; identify lessons learned and shares results to individual or team to build learning. Measure and report on program effectiveness. Talent Management Coach and provide feedback on 360 instruments, insights® and other assessments as defined. Work with HRBPs to conduct team interventions and increase team performance. Design and develop sustainable solutions for complex problems using a variety of methods and in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams. Provide design input for existing or new programs/tools based on internal feedback or external benchmarking. Identify external programs, resources and vendors that specifically meet the needs of the business. Work with vendors to provide quality cost effective solutions and lead negotiations of resources, schedules, contracts and fees for both internal and externally developed programs. May lead, manage or participate on cross-functional or global Talent Management teams to continuously improve Talent Management processes. Apply performance consulting and process improvement tools and techniques to identify and recommend new opportunities to collaborate, facilitate and implement changes to processes, policies, and programs to improve business/team effectiveness. Consult with business and functional leadership to understand business problems and identify opportunities to enhance performance and develop talent. Anticipate future development needs based on business requirements and changes. Learning & Development Site lead for Training and HR CoP. Support Audits from L&D perspective. Strategy for External Grant aid supports for L&D. Process Lead for Further Education. What we're looking for: Basic Qualifications Hons Bachelor’s Degree, (Masters preferred) Minimum of 5-7 years of performance consulting, talent management, or learning & development experience; HR knowledge or experience helpful Demonstrated experience in class and team facilitation and interventions; adept at handling difficult and challenging questions and emotions in a positive way; working knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design for adult learners including classes and interventions preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Coaching skills and experience coaching from individual to Director level; potential to become a certified BSC coach Able to quickly establish solid, trusting relationships and sustain credibility with HR and the business/function/region Strong influence and collaboration skills to work team members, internal clients, stakeholders and management Enthusiastic learner with a passion for enabling and facilitating change in individuals, teams and organizations with caring and respect in interactions Creative problem-solving skills; able to assess situations and propose options Very strong organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple matters calmly and effectively Technologically savvy; able to use/learn applications, systems, apps and learning technologies to enable people and programs Ability to work independently and take initiative where appropriate; Desire to drive results and outcomes and is accountable Ability to maintain confidentiality Core Competencies: Global Perspective, People Development, Relationship Building, Communication, Execution, Influence, Collaboration, Consultative approach #IJ Requisition ID: 580733 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
