Our portfolio of structured training and project and programme opportunities will help you expand your career in line with your aspirations.The successful candidate will have:or be working towards a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar.5+ years experience in infrastructure within rail, highways, utilities, energy or aviation. a strong knowledge of NEC and FIDIC forms of contractexperience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.experience in the adoption and management best practice Project Management techniques.knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.the ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle.drive to improve the business value proposition and develop knowledge and expertise of the team.motivation to develop new business opportunities whilst deepening key client understanding and relationships.Chartered with RICS, ICE, MAPM or similar is desirable.Project leadership: Having leadership skills necessary to direct and manage the project team having responsibility, under minimum supervision, delivering portfolios and projects relating to highways and infrastructure; including pre and post project controls. Be the ambassador for AtkinsRéalis, your profession and the professional institution to which you belong. Providing guidance and technical advice to different stakeholders, including chairing meetings. Clear understanding of and competence in project management and have commercial accountability.Technical leadership: Actively broaden your experience and expertise in line with the core competencies. Have an up-to-date and developing knowledge of legal and technical matters relevant to the work you do, and the law of the region or country in which you practise. Participating in relevant internal/external training initiatives. Applying the fundamentals of quality assurance and environmental management.
