Job Summary: In this role, you will be accountable to lead and direct all Global Maintenance and Asset Management programs. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and sustaining a global approach for Maintenance, Asset Management and Replacement Strategy, and Materials, Repairs and Operations inventory management. You will drive strategies and initiatives to successful execution and will assure achieving given targets in particular risk mitigation and indirect expenditures and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive best practices and optimize facilities and equipment repairs and maintenance. This role will report to Sr. Dir, Engineering, Capital Planning & Asset Management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for optimizing West Engineering and Facility assets through the Lifecycle Asset & Maintenance program including developing and implementing the governance process Responsible for Global Maintenance, Calibration, Reliability, Safety and Risk Engineering Strategy, Initiatives for all Engineering Assets including the replacement and life extension strategy Direct, maintain & sustain value to maintenance, calibration and spare parts management program include business ownership of the Computerized Maintenance Management System processes Optimize plant shutdown initiatives throughout the network and ensure consistency across the sites Responsible for Global Maintenance Documentation (Standards, SOPs, Guidelines, best practices) in driving best practices following Good Engineering and Good Manufacturing Practices Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with preference Engineering or equivalent technical field experience A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Maintenance, Engineering with at least 5 years of global team management Track record of leading teams and building effective working relationships both internally and externally.
