Your new company Entities are set up to incorporate, to finance, to participate in, to manage and to supervise enterprises and companies. This role will join the existing team in Dublin, providing additional support to the entities.Your new role Supervise and participate in the General Ledger processes including:Reconciliation and analysis of accountsMonth End Review, Process & ReportingInternal Controls (Sarbanes Oxley)Other ad hoc reportingPreparation of dividend accounting Tax accounting and reportingPreparing statutory supporting document preparation (e.g. dividend overview)Preparing monthly & quarterly VAT declarationsReview BuyNow parameters and support procurement processProfessional fees reportingLiaising with Global Tax Group, Intercompany Group and local Controllerships on various finance mattersDevelop in-depth knowledge of tools and applicationsDevelop knowledge and understanding of performance metrics and strive to meet and exceed themOther ad hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed A degree in Business, Finance or equivalent qualifications would be preferable.Min. 3+ years’ experience in an accounting environmentProfessionally qualified or pursuing qualifications - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or relevant experienceSkillsAnalytical and computer skills, preferably MS OfficeCompetent with Excel and AccessCommunication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and flexibilityCustomer focused Sense of responsibility, initiative and high quality work standardsStrong team working skillsPrior experience of SAP an advantage Fluency in English is required
