Our team of over 2,000 professionals is dedicated to guiding our customers on their digital journeys.   Your opportunity As a Finance Systems Analyst within our Finance M&A team, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new acquisitions into our financial framework seamlessly. Your focus will include the integration of billing data into the team.blue Data Warehouse, documenting systems and processes, reconciliation, and implementing Group accounting policies, such as revenue deferral. This role is key to advancing our primary growth strategy: accelerating our M&A engine.   Your responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze large billing datasets. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data. Perform reconciliation of revenue across various systems, diving deep into details while maintaining an overview of the big picture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.   Skills and experience Proven experience in an analytical role. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly billing and accounts payable (financial qualification is desirable but not required). Familiarity with revenue recognition is an advantage. Self-motivated and ambitious. Ability to simplify and effectively communicate complex information. Strong communication skills. Capable of working under pressure in a demanding environment. Ability to foster positive relationships in an international setting. Knowledge of subscription-based economics and experience in the IT sector are highly desirable. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.   Personal attributes and key competencies The ideal candidate is someone with a track record of reviewing, recommending, and implementing process and solution improvements. You should have an analytical mindset, thrive under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
