Head of Sales & Marketing Leading Irish Furniture Manufacturer Competitive Salary + Commission + Expensed Car + Many Additional Benefits Greater Dublin | Hybrid Working Our client, a leading Furniture Manufacturer are seeking to add a Head of Sales & Marketing to strategically lead their Commercial team as the business enters a period of growth. The Head of Sales & Marketing will be required to lead the sales team in driving sales performance, setting strategic goals and ensuring the team achieves revenue targets. The successful candidate has a vital role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies through strategic marketing initiatives, developing strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. The skills and experience to drive a sales team is imperative to drive the organisation’s growth, through analysing sales data, providing training, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall organisational success. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding targets. Your Role: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Provide guidance to the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure that products and services recommended to retail clients are suitable and appropriate based on their financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment objectives. Implement processes and controls to assess and document the suitability of recommendations. Oversee the resolution of client complaints related to retail sales activities, ensuring timely and fair resolution. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction and business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Monitor and report on sales team performance through regular KPI tracking. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes. Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment. Your Skills: 5+ years commercial lead experience, leading a Sales & Marketing team, ideally within/ related to Furniture Manufacturing, Hospitality or Retail. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of the furniture manufacturing industry and market trends. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
