Project Director

TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Director to work on major Offshore Wind Farm and Renewables projects!The role will see you play a pivotal role in leading the execution of transmission and distribution projects throughout the country. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Specialists. This leadership position involves overseeing project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Responsibilities Lead and manage transmission and distribution projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address challenges and implement solutions. Uphold commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes and procedures. Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential. Ensure all projects comply with health, safety, and environmental policies. Promote a safety-first culture on-site. Oversee project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures. Ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining project quality.Your profile Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
