If you are looking to advance your career and burst into the scene of management, this role as Store Manager is an exciting opportunity to take the reins and do just that.Salary: €40k – €45k, plus BonusAs a Store Manager, you play a crucial role in managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, team leadership, customer service, and administrative tasks. Your contributions help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the store and contribute to the overall success.Responsibilities:Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the convenience store, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained, and handling any issues that may arise during the course of businessHiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiencyManaging inventory levels, ordering products from suppliers, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This includes monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and implementing procedures to minimise shrinkage and lossProviding exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This includes greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, handling complaints or issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and courteous manner Requirements:Previous experience in a retail environment is often required, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
