We are currently recruiting for an Information Technology Specialist.  In this very exciting time at Thérapie Clinic Group, reporting to the IT Manager . We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the IT Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture. Key Responsibilities:  Office 365 and SharePoint administration Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff. Ensuring the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability. Maintenance of existing client SharePoint sites and sub-sites, lists, libraries and content (including pages, workflows, and items). Maintenance of additional complementary functionality for customer sub-sites, lists, libraries and content. Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. Troubleshoot Exchange-related issues when alerted by monitoring software. General: IT Support, Hardware, Software & Training Provide comprehensive support across our UK Office and clinics. Setup, issue and refresh equipment both onsite at our Baker Street Office and at clinics around London and Mainland UK where necessary. Training and educating end-users on O365 capabilities and collaboration tools (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Office Suite, OneNote, etc.). Maintain and provide support for IT infrastructure. Administer Active Directory users and computers and assist with the company’s Asset Management software. Log and manage tickets with third-party providers, ensuring detailed communication and follow-up until resolution. Operational Security, Maintenance, and Governance Responsible for logical and physical controls of the company’s IT system by providing, every quarter, documented assurance that access to computer resources (data, equipment, and facilities) is reasonable and restricted to authorized individuals. Troubleshoot various MS Defender issues including connectivity and mobility. Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include Audit Log Reports evaluation, system and storage utilisation reports, site and system usage, growth reports and manage site collection quota settings. Requirements:  Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment. Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end-user support. General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, SMTP Good communication skills. Amenable to a flexible work schedule, as the need arises. Willing to travel to different locations to support users, if needed. 2+ years of IT experience. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Critical thinking with the ability to evaluate and challenge proposed solutions. Keen attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
