Trade Surveillance Analyst

Responsibilities :Conduct trade surveillance and monitor transactions on EEA markets, including OTC and any product(s) that IBIE offers, for potential insider dealing or market manipulationEnsure appropriate and timely alert management, following standards for closure or escalationDocument surveillance reviews, investigations, and other activities following guidelinesAssist with the ongoing design, development and calibration of reports and systems to help identify suspicious transactions.Prepare STORs for submission to CBI.Assist with written responses to inquiries from the CBI, other European regulators or exchanges regarding trading activity by IBIE customersLiaise with global colleagues to ensure all impacted legal entities are informed of suspicious activity and work closely with the AML team. Your Qualifications:  Background in client trading surveillance preferredStrong product knowledge of equity or exchange-traded derivative markets or, preferably, bothSolid academic backgroundSolid knowledge of EU market conduct rules and market regulationsA high degree of comfort with computers and technology and an understanding of how technology is applied to business and regulatory problems;Good oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a small team and fast-paced environment; and to work independently and to multi-task with minimal supervisionStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailStrong judgment and decision-making skills If you are motivated, have strong initiative and are analytical and methodical, we can offer you a position that will challenge and reward you while becoming part of a team building one of the world’s strongest brokerage brands.#LI-RB1
