The position of Senior Director, Finance Capabilities & Integrationis serving as a member of the FLT and is helping drive the agenda for the team . Position Overview: The role plays an important role in bringing the finance organization to the future state of operation, through: Leading, initiating and coordinating projects and work that will transform Finance and align with Coke Finance vision and work of the future under the below main pillars : A. Capabilities Building Programs B. Cultural and Engagement programs C. Operational effectiveness, ways of working and management change activities. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate needs to have strong project management and communication skills and be able to network, connect with Finance teams and Europe Operating Unit organization as well as with other Operating Units and Global teams for leading and implementing the above. More specifically, what you will do for us: A. Lead, initiate and coordinate Capabilities building Programs Work with the Global Capability Team and other Operating Units Capability teams across the world, to lead and co-develop Finance Capability Frameworks, trainings, and tools to ensure that Finance skills and capabilities are in place to successfully deliver against the future state model. Impact beyond Finance population; be able to build and deliver together with other teams Finance programs and tailormade trainings to Europe associates to increase Business and Financial acumen knowledge so that the Operating Unit can meet its long-term growth targets B. Lead and support Cultural and Engagement programs Create/propose and support engagement programs and initiatives for Finance associates with aim to increase associate satisfaction and engagement. Examples of this would be initiatives around Finance leadership, Diversity, overall People Plan programs by collaborating with other teams and HR Lead and coordinate projects relating to current and future collaboration tools as part of the broader Capability building agenda and with aim to further enhance processes around collaboration across Finance team agenda C. Operational effectiveness, ways of working and management change activities Drive OKR process for Finance function as well as serving as a member of the EU Network champion tasked with aligning the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) of their function with the organization's overall goals. They champion the prioritization mindset, facilitating regular OKR sessions as well as updates as per OKR governance process. Collaborate and support other KO teams (e.g., centralized service teams as well as Controls & Compliance team) to ensure that interaction models between teams are in place. Finds opportunities and propose potential process changes to increase user experience and ensure a low-risk operating environment. Identifies gaps / risks to the processes and proactively works with Control and Compliance team to put actions to address them Drive change management activities (Finance and beyond) in the Operating Unit; Understand and liaise with digital transformation efforts such as new SAP ERP (SAP 4/Hana) as well as other initiatives with Global teams e.g Data projects as led by Finance, system connections and automation e.t.c Undertake key activities in the OU (such as local chart of authority update and design and representation in the financial systems e.g OU approval routes aligned with LCoA) Key F&S Capabilities from F&S Framework Network enablement Design solutions Education Requirements: Bachelor University degree or equivalent Significant experience in Finance / change management roles Demonstrable Leadership and Management experience Project management experience, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels Related Work Experience: Be a key communication content creator and communicator to effectively cascade key updates to the team, drive engagement and adoption in the Finance team for processes and Capabilities work Be the role model in develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes.
