Flight Safety Administrator - Lauda Europe Location Pieta, Malta Department Safety & Security Description Lauda Europe Ltd is a Maltese Airline part of the Ryanair Group, which offers wet-lease and charter services. We are now recruiting for a Safety Administrator who will be based in our Malta Headquarters, travelling regularly to our operational bases across Europe, with a focus on our contracted crew leasing agencies. The Role Reporting directly to the Safety and Security Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping maintain the efficient running of Safety and Security Department . Duties and responsibilities include: Administration of the Safety Occurrence Reporting System and associated tasks; Ensuring the timely filing, follow up and closure of Mandatory Occurrence Reports in accordance with Regulatory Requirements; Assisting the Safety Manager with the day-to-day management and administration of the Ryanair Safety Services Office; Scheduling, and administration of Safety Meetings; Managing Safety Office Training records and administration; Assisting the Safety Manager in the preparation of Safety related reports; Requirements Highly organised individual with the ability to balance multiple priorities and hit tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong Excel skills are an advantage.
