CPL are currently recruiting for a very exciting opportunity for a HR Officer, with a large Retail organisation new to the Irish market, for a permanent role. The role is to be based in there head office in North Dublin, and they offer hybrid working with competitive salary and benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, running reports, updating employee databases and any other HR administration duties. It is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in HR and learn new responsibilities and skills.Responsibilities RequiredLead in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.Coordinate and conduct new employee on boarding to ensure a smooth integration into the company.Maintain and update HR records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documents.Ensure all HR documentation and employee records are accurate and up to date.Stay informed about employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance.Coordinate the checking of the payroll in conjunction with the payroll provider and management team. Generate HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making and HR strategy.Experience Required:Proven experience in HR support roles or relevant administrative positions.Good knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in Ireland.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Excellent communication and people skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. For further information, please contact Sarah Fitzharris - or call me on 01
