Main Purpose of the Job: Supports the organization in fostering a culture of Learning & Development programmes, leveraging the numerous Group L&D platforms and training solutions/options available to retain our employees, support employees career development and growth, including talent and succession. Key Performance Measures: With the goal to support a culture of lifelong learning through the growth of comprehensive digital learning solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development specialist to manage the implementation of high impact learning solutions in blended formats and evaluation of digital learning strategies with accurate accurately measuring and reporting on the success of designed digital learning programs. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Oversee the integrated learning and development platforms for AGL (Allianz, LinkedIn learning, Degreed, Life & Health Academy ensuring employees PDP, talent, and career development plans are managed in line with business expectations and deadlines) Coordinate the deployment of digital learning solutions (LMS / Degreed / Blended, etc.) to support the delivery of learning within the business. Developing initiatives to bring a culture of digital learning to life, including regular campaigns round L&D through communications, presentations and reporting. Drive and develop new digital learning solutions which support AGL’s regulatory and mandatory requirements. Drive Allianz learning initiatives such as #Lead to ensure continued visibility and support for the completion of programmes to Group deadlines. In conjunction with HRBP, compile annual training and development plans which support people managers and business needs. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities; In conjunction with HRBP/HOHR, oversee training budget is line with policy and budgetary requirements. Conduct ongoing training needs analysis to support evolving organizational requirements (growth, development , retention). Produce reports which demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements for audit and other stakeholders as required. Conducting structured development needs analyses for training-demands. Manage the training administration process including development of SOP’s conducting reports and evaluations. Align with Group stakeholders as required on new and evolving L&D practices and cascade to team. Support future focused technology innovation such as Social Learning, Mobile Learning, and remain up to date on new technology trends and solutions. Advise on how to develop the suite of digital learning offerings in a manner that effectively supports the overall learning strategy of the business. Liaise across multiple stakeholders to ensure that digital learning solutions meet the business needs. Ensure knowledge transfer to the L&D central team so that they can effectively provide administrative support. Manage the maintenance and timely updates to the course curriculum to reflect changes in solutions, systems and market demands when necessary. Research, curate, and improve digital delivery methods. Review and evaluate global program effectiveness in collaboration with product owners - Including, quality review of learning outputs. Maximise the use of data reporting functionality through digital learning to inform management decision making. Support the adoption and ongoing operation of governance structures for digital learning, ensure that relevant Privacy Impact Assessments are in place. Advise and guide HR community on the application of digital learning solutions. Drive communication and change management across AGL to anchor digital learning and to drive behavioural change. Manage eLearning content in our Learning Management System (LMS) to reflect our most current product/service offerings, and policies/procedures; Present training via eLearning or virtual classroom/webinar; Key Customers: Internal - Allianz Group, key contacts in Allianz Product Houses, AGL Management team, AGL people managers, employees. External- 3rd party vendors, LinkedIn. Business Competencies: Education and Qualifications: 3rd level HR qualification; CIPD. Professional Competence: Strong L&D experience, with solid LMS / HRIS systems experience gained especially in Financial Sector. Ability to drive and leverage digital L&D solutions. Product and Technical knowledge: Competent and qualified HR /L&D Professional. Management: Ability to manage key processes from start to finish. Commercial Awareness: Knowledge of Life Insurance Industry in context of L&D; has worked in highly regulated, HR operational environment; high risk and audit culture Personal Competencies: Personal Impact: Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Intellectual Effectiveness: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands on mentality with capability to deliver results. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Fluency in written and spoken English.
