About the Position This is a superb newly created role and will support and enable this global organisation to drive forward their 3-5 year digital strategy roadmap. Working closely with the senior leadership teams, the Head of Digital Enablement will be a key trusted advisor to the SLT teams. Key Responsibilities: Devise and roll out the delivery of large scale and complex programs of work to deliver against the group’s Digital strategy. Oversee and manage all planning, budgeting, co-sourcing vendor partnering, and oversight of the end-to-end programme management responsibilities from initiation, planning through to execution. Work cross functional with Head of Functions on a daily basis, to ensure that the digital road map and deliverables of services are being effectively managed. With the initial programme phase of their digital strategy, a key focus will be driving the delivery of technology digital transformations across the finance, HR functions with a subsequent rolling out of transformational change across other corporate functions throughout the 3-5 years roadmap. Ensure any issues are proactively and effectively managed. As a key member of the Change and Digital Leadership Team, you will contribute to the setting of the overall Digital strategy and direction working closely with the broader ICT team, ensuring best practice standards (across information security, infrastructure ) are met throughout the transformational programme. Ensure industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital enablement are understood, reviewed and challenged. Experience/Requirements: Solid experience at a senior level in a similar role within a large global organisation with a particular emphasis on delivering transformative change though leveraging Digital solutions. Experience of leading change programs with team members with varied skills and experience. Adept in leading, mentoring and developing a scaling team. Skilled in managing relationships with internal business leaders within a matrix environment and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders both inside and outside your function. Experience of managing 3rd party ICT and non-ICT partners, including the development and management of Service Levels and Quality Metrics. Strong experience in Operating Model optimisation and delivery of change. Experienced in managing large scale transformation and budget ownership, tracking the delivery of large programs to both financial and non-financial targets to return on investment. Agile thinker, decisive when needed and someone to take true ownership for the delivery of projects. Sectoral experience in PLC / MNC, FMCG, Manufacturing etc. Digital Programme Change skills across corporate functions such as finance or HR, ideally within a Centre of Excellence, BBS or Shared Services environment. This person must have delivered large scale transformations but need to understand the workings of Finance/HR and GBS, all systems and infrastructure that goes with that.
