Munstergroup Insurance are looking for an Administrator to join our Accounts team in Ennis, Co. Clare.The successful candidate will be fully trained to take responsibility for the day to day financial transactions within the accounts department and act as administrative support to the wider team. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.Key areas of responsibility will include: Daily banking process, including allocation of receipts from clients and banking of cheques and the processing of debit/credit card payments for the Company and any external client as agreedHandling payments to clients and insurers. Ensuring banking procedures have been adhered to, e.g. verifying bank details, timely banking of receipts and reconciliation of differencesReconciliation and payment of underwriter accountsPrepare bank reconciliations for review and sign offMaintenance of accurate accounting recordsMeeting departmental KPI’sUndertake any other departmental duties that may be requiredRequirements:Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)A true team player who is excited to contribute to a supportive team environmentAbility to plan, organise and prioritise their workload independently  To apply for this role, please apply through job link or send your resume to info@munstergroup.com
