Job Title:Manufacturing Process EngineerJob Purpose:The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for performing routine and on-demand maintenance to ensure the seamless functioning of manufacturing equipment. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal and external engineering teams and contractors to maintain, troubleshoot, and commission equipment effectively.Key Responsibilities:As a Process Engineer, you will:Manage daily maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Provide technical support for advanced robotic systems (Denso, Kuka, Staubli, ABB) and at-line label printing and vision inspection systems (CI Vision, Cognex, Keyence, Zebra).Conduct sensor troubleshooting and debugging (., Keyence, Wenglor).Assist in the installation and validation of new processes and system upgrades.Coordinate with contracted maintenance services, supervising and ensuring quality compliance.Promote safety and environmental standards, implementing continuous improvements and addressing any related incidents or issues.Support the Engineering Team to maintain facilities, utilities, and equipment up to legal, divisional, and corporate standards.Work with the Quality Calibration Coordinator to ensure all manufacturing calibrations are compliant.Requirements:Minimum of two years of relevant experience in engineering maintenance, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.Technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical engineering systems, with excellent troubleshooting skills.Demonstrated project management skills and experience with regulated environments.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, diverse environment.For more details on this role, feel free to reach out to me
