Reporting to the Head of Travel Management – Western Europe, ENERCON Windfarm Services Ireland Ltd. is now recruiting for the role of Travel and Office Coordinator. Join our team at ENERCON Ireland in Tralee, Co.Kerry and be part of a dynamic and innovative work environment. Tasks and Responsibilities: Booking of travel arrangements for employees and management. Review and approval of travel related invoices. First level support for the Online Booking Tool. Organisation, execution and post-processing of internal events in cooperation with Event Management. Negotiation of local contracts in consultation with the Management team and/or Global Procurement. Supporting the Regional Manager with local information such as month end reporting. Cost control in line with local budgeting needs. Escalation of employee issues related to accommodation/travel. General Office Administration as required. Relevant qualification in Travel industry, Tourism and / or Business Administration. 1+ years of office administration experience is essential. 1+ years of relevant Travel coordination or Tourism experience is preferable. Good proficiency in MS Office is required, previous experience of SAP is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage workload without supervision. Demonstrated initiative and flexibility with workload. Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Full clean driving license is essential.
