CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - ROMANIAN/ENGLISHOur client, a Galway based healthcare business, seeks to hire a Romanian speaking customer service representative. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager. This is an on-site role on Monday to Friday working hours. (NOTE: This role can be made hybrid after successfully completing training).RESPONSIBILITIES:Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and proceduresRepresenting the company in a professional, courteous and efficient mannerComplete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.Working in a safe manner at all timesReporting to the Customer Service Team LeaderREQUIREMENTS:Fluency in spoken and written Romanian & EnglishMinimum 2 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department desirable but not essential.Strong communications skillsExcellent telephone and customer service skills
