Digital IT Intern

Digital IT InternMain responsibilities:Respond to user service requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist in developing solutions.Support PC hardware, desktop operating systems, and application software.Perform minor repairs and arrange for necessary servicing of equipment.Record service activities, solutions, and responses.Assist in maintaining inventory records and equipment documentation.Contribute to Sanofi IT documentation and participate in policy, procedure, and standards development.Assist the IT Digital team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.Support our site’s Digital Transformation project.Maintain open communication and positive working relationships with staff.Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in ITSoft and technical skills:Proficiency in common IT applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).Basic understanding of computer networking.Ability to work well in teams.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Strong communication, customer orientation, and engagement skills.Ability to remain calm, confident, and focused under pressure and tight deadlines.Resourceful and innovative.Values diversity and integrity.Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career.Our Waterford site is easily accessible from the M9 and offers excellent facilities including a subsidized restaurant and newly refurbished gym.Pursue .
