After a number of new contract wins, we are currently seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Account Manager to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with hands on experience working across / managing multiple client accounts on activities across the full marketing spectrum, excellent organisational skills and a keen interest in learning. Key Responsibilities: Managing client relationships and building strong, long-term partnerships Developing and implementing marketing and PR strategies to achieve client goals Planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including traditional & new media, digital marketing, social media and events Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Managing budgets, timelines and deliverables to ensure delivery Collaborating with internal teams to ensure all work is delivered to the highest standard Reporting on campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations to clients Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices Job Requirements: 2+ years of experience in marketing and PR, with a strong focus on account management and campaign delivery Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage project timelines and budgets Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Experience in planning and executing successful marketing and PR campaigns Experience in managing budgets, timelines and project deliverables Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing and events Salary: We offer a competitive salary package; salary will be dependent on the calibre of the candidate and fantastic opportunities for career growth and development within our fast-paced and dynamic agency.
