We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.As a Software Project Planner, your role will include overall responsibility of the SW product including Planning, Risk Management and Budget Management. You will be managing a large cross functional distributed team and will be representing the SW Function for the project within the organization and to the customer. You will be responsible for the development of state of the art algorithms providing unprecedented scene understanding, enabling driver assistance functions and automated driving while ensuring the development team are adhering to automotive development guidelines.Key Responsibilities: Plans and tracks the milestones and management activities of the SW project.Align with project stakeholders on scope and milestones.Build and maintain detailed plans and schedules.Chairs SW related planning events for the project.Work with SW Project Leads in his team to prioritize tasks and manage the critical path.Establish milestones, anticipate issues, and monitor adherence to project scope.Represent R&D SW Function for the project within the organization. Overall responsibility for the SW product deliveryEnsures internal and external milestones are achieved on time.Assume day-to- day responsibility for ensuring that the project is completed on time.Initiates corrective actions in case of deviations from the plan. Collaborate and coordinate between teams to ensure successful delivery of the product.Maintain client relations, communication and status reporting.Report project status and escalate issues/risks.Make sure that necessary resources and information are identified, allocated and used.Adherence to Software Processes including ASPICE and internal processes as required.Setup Software Development Plan (SDP) Qualifications Qualifications:Degree qualified in related fields of electronics / computer science8+ years experience in Project Management preferably in Automotive SW ProjectsExperience with Project Management tools such as MS Project and ticketing systems like JIRAFluent knowledge of English  Strong leadership skills / potentialStrong interpersonal skills, flexibility, enforcement assets and focus on resultsAbility to manage projects across multiple timezones / cross-cultural cooperationDesirables2+ years of Deep Learning project lead experienceUnderstanding of computer vision algorithms and ADASMaster of Science in Computer sciences or Software Engineering or equivalent domain preferableExperience leading a research project (high uncertainty)Automotive SPICE experienceGood level of C/C++ programming skillsExperience with Agile Project DevelopmentExperience with CI deployment
