Organisation Background & Sustainability We are a Galway-based, family-owned and managed company providing waste collection services across the domestic, commercial, industrial and building sectors. Our complete waste management service incorporates the collection and safe disposal of solid and liquid waste. The company employs over 80 team members and due to continued investment and expansion are now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Sales Development Executive to support our organisation. As the Sales Development Executive your primary responsibility will be to successfully execute the sales process to generate revenue growth and profitability through initiation and development of business opportunities with new and existing customers. Skills Required:       Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established targets via prospecting, networking, and referral activities       Proactive approach to potential businesses to achieve maximum sales opportunities.       Develop and support along with the Sales Team to ensure there is a strong appreciation and deep understanding of client's accounts and how to effectively manage each account on an individual basis.       Producing price offers to prospects and clients.       Achieve set monthly and Annual sales targets.       Accurately record meeting activities using the company's CRM.       Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure our clients receive the best advice and solutions.       Establish relationships with strategic customers with decision making authority and/or influence to understand opportunities for creating value.       Identify and propose logistics solutions to customers utilising their products and services that translate into sales.       Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and future plans. Requirements:       A minimum of 1 to 3 years' sales experience       Ability to communicate effectively with individuals in all functions within the business.       Able to work under pressure where needed.       Demonstrated sales success and knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques.       Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.       Applicant must have a full driving licence.       Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, and other PC applications.       Company Vehicle provide.
