Job DescriptionHuman Resources Business Partner - County WexfordRef No: AM18332County Wexford, Republic of IrelandCompetitive salary Human Resources Business Partner - County Wexford.This role is a 12 months fixed-term contract.Job Description:This position is responsible for strategically partnering with the business to deliver value add projects, coupled with the day to day support required by the business. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, & talent management.As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be partnering with the business, collaborating and contributing to projects, being the main point of contact for employees and team members, and being able to tackle any issues or concerns they might have while promoting what the company values and ensuring all the standards and procedures are met.Main responsibilities will include:• Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating and preserving human capital.• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.• Lead by example, embedding corporate and local purpose, vision and values in the culture.• Customer-focused bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.• Work closely with the Human Resources Manager on the introduction of new initiatives.• Nurture a positive on-site culture by providing practical advice and support to all employees. Interpreting and advising on employment legislation, ensuring up-to-date policies across the spectrum of HR activities.• Responsible for accurate and timely data entry, audits, and maintenance of HR systems such as Workday and TMS, ensuring the delivery of weekly and monthly metrics and reports.• Business Orientated Coach and mentor people leaders through all performance management processes, assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs, planning and delivering training as required.• Managing occupational health system and employer liability requirements.• Team Player responsible for employee engagement, inclusion, diversity initiatives and CSR activities as assigned.• Support & partner with the TA team in ensuring clarity of future talent requirements.• Partner with other HRBP's (in country or region) to deliver on projects as requested.Interested applicants should have:• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience working in a fast-paced HR team.• Manufacturing experience an advantage.• Experience using both Workday & TMS systems an advantage (not essential).• Experience supporting a business with a broad range of professional levels.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to prioritise under pressure
