Read on and apply today for a life-changing career.   The position As a Legal and Compliance Lead, you protect and safeguard the Irish affiliate’s commercial interests, reputation, and license to operate by working with local leadership and Line of Business (LoB) in identifying, managing and mitigating risks within business ethics, contractual agreements, and compliance with requirements such as data privacy laws, general legislation; pharmaceutical regulation; industry codes, internal regulation and local best practices.     Your key accountabilities will be: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws, pharmaceutical regulations, and industry codes. Managing and mitigating risks within business ethics, contractual agreements, and compliance frameworks. Providing legal counsel and support to internal stakeholders, affiliate colleagues, and business areas. Developing and implementing a GDPR compliance framework. Assisting in internal and external audit preparations related to compliance and data protection.   Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A master’s degree in Law. Experience in compliance and data protection. Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of compliance issues, sales, marketing, medical information, research, or training. Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data privacy laws. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing skills. You must be willing to be onsite 3 day per week   About the department The Legal Affairs department is responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
