Candidate information/requirements:  The Ideal candidate have 5+ years of experience in same or similar position  The ideal candidate will have at additional a 2 years of experience working on weddings/events in a restaurant/hotel environment or for a high-end catering  Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an ever-changing environment  HACCP, Health and Safety, and Food Safety Protocols knowledge  Extensive knowledge of menu development, knowledge of both international and domestic dishes  Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements  Irish experience is preferred  Good level of English is required About the job:  Permanent, full-time position  If moving to Ireland from abroad, you will be provided with permanent accommodation free of charge.
