Position: Bar/ Waiting Staff ( Casual) Location: Osprey Hotel Osprey Hotel has an exciting opportunity for Casual Bar/ Waiting Staff to join the award-winning team. The Role Osprey Hotel is looking to recruit new enthusiastic Bar Floor staff for our dedicated team to operate in the Osprey Bar as well as the Herald & Devoy Restaurant. This role will involve working behind the bar as well as part of the waiting staff. You will demonstrate a positive attitude and flexible approach to work as part of the enthusiastic and friendly waiting staff already on our team and have the ability to communicate openly and effectively. Candidates must be well-presented and greet guests on arrival in a friendly manner. They must also become familiar with food and drink items on offer as well as observe the stocking up of resources. All areas must be kept clean and tidy and staff will be dealing with cash and credit card payments. Duties will include: Greet guests on their arrival to the hotels various dining areas and seat them appropriately Demonstrate full knowledge of all items (food & beverages) on the menu Serve guests Stocking up bar and preparing for service Keeping your work area clean and tidy Clearing down after service Handling various payment methods Why Work With Us?
