Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Service Administrator in Co. Kildare. This is a permanent, full time role. Salary up to €37,000 depending on experience. Fully office based opportunity. Main duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer breakdowns, assigning jobs to engineers or mobile engineers, setting and recording expenditure limits, issuing authorization numbers, and obtaining estimated arrival times. Update records of completed work, identify warranty or customer-rechargeable items, and flag jobs that require follow-up visits. Keep customers informed and updated at all times, addressing any complaints promptly and effectively. Coordinate the delivery of parts to engineers, arrange the collection of unused parts, conduct periodic stock checks, and generate purchase order numbers for required parts or services. Ensure that Repair Estimates are promptly conducted on assets returned to the yard, documenting any damage with photographs and informing the customer of the damage and associated costs as quickly as possible.
