As well as attractive benefits, the team enjoy access to an onsite gym and medical centre that underpin a strong commitment to health and wellbeing.Main responsibilities:Support our site Data Analytics function's on-going performance improvement initiatives.Comply with all Sanofi documentation and participate in policy, procedure and standards development.Conduct simple/complex data visualization, data analysis and data science work to support the site teams in understanding their data to support decision making.Create and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with strong communications skills in an understandable way for stakeholders. Drive a "speaking with data" culture.Contribute to identifying new and future opportunities for Data Analysis or Data Science.Engage with central Sanofi Data Science team(off site) to scope and initiate opportunities for the site or the wider Sanofi network of sites.Gain experience in Sanofi data environments, platforms and systems.About you Education: 2nd or 3rd year student working towards a degree in Data Science discipline or related.Soft and technical skills:Proficiency in common IT Applications (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, etc.).Experience of data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense or similar.Previous exposure to SQL, python or other similar programming disciplines.Strong communication skills with an ability to work well in teams.Strong execution and delivery mindset.Strong attention to detail with the determination to solve problems.Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time.Why choose us?
