BIS Manager Key Responsibilities: ERP System implementation : Support and assist completion of implementation of ERP system phase one requirements (OCR / budget input / forecast input etc). ERP system optimization : Liaise with key stakeholders and design optimization plan for initial system as implemented – target minimal manual intervention and maximum automation of all day to day tasks ERP system subsequent phase roll-outs : Design and implement subsequent ERP phase implementation roll-outs. System integration : Maximize integration of various systems in use in business and ensuring integration is maximized to minimize manual or repeat work and target single point of entry HR system implementation : Support and assist HR IS implementation working closely with stakeholders to deliver best in class solution. Report design and optimization : understand data fundamentals in ERP and other systems and design reports in a streamlined and efficient way – easy to manipulate and design Drive automation and digitization : Focus on maximum automation of all reporting and BAU tasks as well as minimizing manual intervention Process innovation :    Provide input on process design / process engineering to facilitate maximum automation Coaching :         Mentor, supervise and coaching of high potential BIS team member Requirements Role Requirements: Experience : ERP implementation and optimization experience is key – Netsuite an advantage – involvement in leading an ERP implementation and optimizing / automating tasks pot implementation Reporting capability : understanding of key tenets and requirements of report design and roll-out – Power BI knowledge / experience an advantage Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
