Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate the current organizational model, compile data, and identify areas for improvement.Develop a comprehensive future state organizational structure.Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.Identify areas for potential cost savings or other improvements through restructuring.Communicate any identified risks or constraints in a timely manner.Prepare a detailed business case, including financial implications and benefits.Develop and execute a change management plan, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.Craft and implement communication strategies to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged.Work closely with senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.Degree Requirements:Bachelor's in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field10+ years in organizational change management or project management.Experience working in multinational company (not necessarily pharma)Background in HR Transformation or Operations Excellence (quality of supply chain)Proven track record with large-scale projects and multiple stakeholdersUnderstanding of change management principles.Understanding of financial modeling and budgeting.What's on Offer:Work with a company and co-workers who truly value the difference that they make.Remote work flexibilityPay rate up to €89 per hour.Interested?  Please click on APPLY today.
