The Role My client, a leading construction company is urgently seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their operations based in Kildare. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position. As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the businesses strategic transformation agenda. Tasks & Duties Develop and manage change networks across operational teams and business functions. Gather and analyse change management data from operational areas to assess success, such as through temperature checks. Design and promote a standardised change management framework, including tools like stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis. Assess the business environment where change is implemented and propose effective change management strategies and interventions. Facilitate change initiatives for transformation projects by training and supporting teams. Ensure organisational readiness for change by maintaining a comprehensive view of changes across the business and advising on appropriate implementation timelines. Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role with an excellent understanding of change management principles, tools & techniques. Excellent facilitation & influencing skills with extensive stakeholder management experience. Effective communication and active listening skills with proficiency in conflict resolution & negotiation. Strong project management and planning capabilities. Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness & flexibility to travel monthly to the UK and various sites across Ireland - essential.
