Swim Teacher

Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Teacher to join our dynamic team at An Chúirt Hotel. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction to children, teens, and adults of all skill levels. You will help our clients develop their swimming techniques, build water confidence, and ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment. About The Role Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons to individuals and groups. Tailor lessons to meet the needs of swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback. Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians about progress and lesson details. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool area and equipment. Assist in the promotion of swim programs and activities within the community.
