We are looking for a passionate Hospitality individual to join our Reservations team. Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide a friendly and efficient service and ensure that guest reservations are taken in a courteous manner.   Key Responsibilities:   To provide hospitality by being friendly, courteous and helpful to guests, managers and fellow colleagues at all times. You will ensure that effective controls are implemented and adhered to regarding reservations and you will contribute positively to the smooth and efficient running of reservations.           To process and administer all guest reservations efficiently and in a professional manner  Ensuring that customer needs and wants are met to the highest standard To ensure that all sales opportunities are maximised To perform any other duties as may be reasonably requested by management from time to time   Candidate profile:         Previous experience in a four or five star property an advantage         Experience working with an OPERA Management System         Computer literate         Excellent attention to detail with the ability to organise         Strong administration skills and follow up         Passionate about customer care         Strong team player         Energetic, well presented with an enthusiastic and professional approach         Must have excellent written and oral English         Role is 5 days per week including weekends
