ACAM Engineer Location Dublin, Ireland Department Engineering Description Ryanair is currently recruiting for an ACAM Engineer to join our Technical Services team based in Dublin. This is a permanent role.The Role As ACAM Engineer you will work as part of our engineering team and to ensure the highest engineering standard for our fleet of over 575 aircraft. Ensure ACAM, ARC and SAFA/SACA finding are closed on time to the satisfaction of the Airworthiness Review Inspectors or NAAs. Ensure that root cause is identified and that appropriate preventative actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence. Root cause identification provides exposure to many facets of engineering activity. Work with Ryanair Group MROs and Engineering staff to implement systematic changes to prevent findings and reoccurrence of issues. Liaise with other departments in Engineering and Flight Operations to ensure preventative actions are implemented with a comprehensive approach. Liaise with the IAA and other National Aviation Authorities about findings and proposed corrective action plans. Administer MEL amendments for all Ryanair Group AOCs in collaboration with other departments in Engineering and Flight Operations. Liaise with the group National Aviation Authorities to support approval of the MEL. Requirements Relevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 modules. Previous experience in a Technical Services / CAMO / Compliance role an advantage. Technical Knowledge of the Boeing 737NG aircraft. Airbus A320 an advantage. Understanding of EASA Part M/CAMO and Part 145 regulations. Experience writing and reviewing technical instructions. Systematic approach to problem-solving. Lateral thinker who can find areas of potential improvement and provide solutions. Strong project management and communication skills. Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Office. Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
