Decide and just Do.These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.In this role you will:Own the full Accounts Payable cycle from invoice processing, through to hold resolution and payment, for assigned Logitech entities.Assist with auditing of employee expense reports.Drive the timely resolution of internal & external stakeholder queries.Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships.Assist fiscal close accounting processes for specific entities.Support strong internal control environment and manage Internal and External Audit requests.Assist other team members with specific tasks as required.Identify potential process improvements and present to P2P Manager.Support other projects and processes within AP as assigned by the P2P Manager.Your Qualifications/ Skills:For consideration, you must bring the following skills, experience and behaviours to our team:Bachelor’s degree is required.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance or business-related role but will also consider a motivated graduate who is looking to kick start a career in finance.Ability to work in a fast paced, transaction-based environment and adhere to tight deadlines.Possess a strong attention to detail.Hands-on, proactive, self-starter.Process improvement mind-set.Strong computer skills (ERP AP module experience preferred).Ability to effectively present information & respond to queries from Management and vendors.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment where adaptability is key.Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
