Logistics Manager - Hygiene

We are searching for an Logistics Manager Job Summary:     Working as part of the local Management Team based in Roscommon you will have responsibilities for the CWS Hygiene Logistics Function. You will also be supported by the Local Management Team and International Logistics team. This is all based on its solid foundations of Strong Ethics, Great People with as Shared destiny delivered through its Core Behaviours.  Key Responsibilities:    Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Ireland, ensuring On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery to ~4,000 customers weekly.  Monitor key logistics KPIs, including OTIF and cost efficiency.  Use technology to automate processes and improve efficiency.  Manage fleet allocation and vehicle planning for daily orders.  Maximize truck utilization in collaboration with dispatch teams for timely depot deliveries.  Lead and manage drivers, technical installers, depot leads, and dispatch staff.  Ensure health and safety compliance in logistics operations.  Work with customer care, sales, and other departments to align logistics with business goals.  Contribute to projects like route optimization and logistical planning for a new laundry facility.  Qualifications:    A relevant Third Level Qualification or work in a similar role with over 3 years' experience    A strong knowledge of systems (ERP, MS Suite; excel, word, CRM, Route Optimisation software) and detailed administration  Excellent process implementation and People Management Skills  Good written and verbal communication skills  Willingness to learn and grow  Team focused collaborative approach to work.    Flexibility to work outside standard hours during peak periods or in response to urgent logistical needs.  Working Conditions:     Salary: Competitive (DOE); Bonus 10%-20% included; dependant on Group Target achievement  Company van provided
