Accounts Payable & Payroll Clerk

Trinity Care is currently looking for an Accounts Payable and Payroll clerk to join our Finance Team in Northwood, Santry. This role will be based in office 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities This role is expected to grow and evolve over time and whilst the key responsibilities for the role are outlined below, they are not limited to same. Accounts Payable Set up new supplier accounts Processing supplier invoices with approvals Coordinate with suppliers and HO finance queries Supplier payments Preparation of weekly bank reconciliations; Assist with the fortnightly payroll; Creditors & General Ledger reconciliations Maintain resident accounts Maintain records associated with Agency Spend and Utilities Back up resource for the payroll function Other Ad hoc duties to be performed as and when required Essential Skills and Experience Excellent IT Skills particularly MS excel. Excellent Communication skills both written and oral Highly analytical and numerical with excellent attention to detail Capable of working without supervision as and when required Team Player who can show flexibility and is prepared to assist others within Finance team where necessary. Positive 'can do' attitude.
