We are currently seeking an Office Administration Manager to join a company based in Waterford . WHAT WE OFFER Competitive annual salary, ranging from €45,000 to € 55,000 , based on experience. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES Office Management: Organizing and coordinating day-to-day office activities, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a tidy and welcoming work environment. Calendar and Schedule Management: Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to optimize time and productivity. Communication: Handling incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, and responding to general inquiries promptly and professionally. Client Coordination: Assisting with client onboarding and ongoing support, ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Project Support: Collaborating with project teams to assist in various administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, and progress tracking. Event Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, both on-site and off-site, as required. Financial Administration: Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Human Resources Support: Assisting the HR department with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions. Data Management: Ensuring accurate and organized data entry and database management to support smooth business operations. Travel Arrangements: Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and executives. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred, but we are open to enthusiastic candidates who are quick learners and show strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
