Job Title: Registered Nurse Home Support Nurse (Community based) Pay Rate:  €26.46-€37.80 Hours:  30 hours per week. 3 x 8 hour nights. 6 day time hours. Job Location: West Waterford Role of Registered Nurse is to provide safe, quality person centred care to a client within their own home environment. The successful candidate will be part of Nurse led care team and will have support from local clinical supervision Team, reporting directly to CNM. Responsibilities to include: Provide evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the client's care plans based on the needs identified. i.e. Suction, NIV support, O2 therapy, medication management, enteral feeding, physiotherapy programme. To prioritise the needs and comforts of the Child. Work closely in partnership with family members. To promote the recognition of the client as an individual & demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect. To be committed to the care and concern of client. Work within their Scope of Practice NMBI (2015). Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives (2015). Qualifications & Experience Registered Nurse on live register of NMBI. Recommended to have Paediatric experience. Community based nursing experience is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.
