This is a PAYE role with multiple years left work ahead.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems and their applications in building services engineering.Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is advantageous.A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different project sites within Ireland.ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical engineering projects on-site, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.Technical Assistance: Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems for building services projects.On-site Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections, site surveys, and assessments to ensure compliance with mechanical engineering specifications, regulations, and safety standards.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and technical records. Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to the relevant stakeholders.Collaborative Coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth project progress.Quality Assurance: Assist in quality control processes, conducting tests, and inspections to verify the performance and functionality of mechanical systems.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, codes, regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to building services engineering.
