Document Controller- Dublin Competitive Salary DOE + Package We are assisting our client, a leading Engineering Contractor, in their search for a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller. As a Document Controller you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available to the project team, clients, and other stakeholders maintaining the smooth flow of information and supporting the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities & Requirements: * Establish and maintain a comprehensive document control system ensuring that all documents are correctly labelled, filed, and easily retrievable when required. * Manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence. * Review documents for accuracy & completeness ensuring that all documents are updated, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner. * Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely exchange of information. * Distribute documents to relevant team members, ensuring they are informed of updates, changes, or new requirements. * Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive project information ensuring that access to documents is controlled and restricted to authorised personnel only. * Implement data backup procedures to prevent the loss of critical information. * Assist in payroll management, invoice management, material requisitions, onboarding & offboarding of employees. * 3+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably within the construction/engineering. * Proficient in document management software & tools such as Procore Aconex, ASITE, 4 Projects, Eida, and other relevant software. * Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Prominent level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and reviewing documents. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
