Front Office Receptionist We are seeking candidates who have an outgoing, pleasant personality, are guest focused and strive to deliver exceptional customer care to everyone they meet. Attention to detail, a well organized approach and flexibility will mark out the successful candidates.     Additional Essential Requirements: Fluent English, spoken and written Friendly approachable manner Excellent communication and customer care skills Exceptional personal grooming and presentation Team player but also have the ability to work unsupervised Ability to multi task The Role will require: Welcoming guests to the hotel Be involved in the daily duties of our Front Office department from Customer care to cash handling and reservations Checking guests in and out using the hotel's reservation system Billing guests and processing payment with credit / debit cards Answering switchboard in a warm and welcoming manner and effectively transfer calls to correct extensions Liaising with the Accommodation department regularly to ensure rooms' status are updated Guest Assistance including giving directions, advising guests of hotel facilities, local amenities and attractions Listening and resolving guest complaints with empathy.
