It isn’t a question.Here in Haleon Dungarvan we are looking for a Manufacturing Excellence and Strategy DirectorThis position is a strategic position which works across with Directors and Senior Managers to drive teams across the Site Quality Supply Chain with clear purpose of:Key Responsibilities:Site Strategy Planning and ExecutionInspires, coaches and mentors the team to site strategy setting and development.Facilitates, develops and executes: A 3-5 year rolling E2E strategy that should include the following:Definition and prioritization of critical business needs by leveraging the opportunities and loss matrix. A reservoir of improvement opportunities to close the gap between the current state and the vision.Roadmap of goals that includes KPIs and KAIs which allow measurement of progress against long-term strategic goals.Drives site strategy deployment maturity.Continuous Improvement Drives HAPs as a system to deliver sustained business performance deploying different elements:CI Culture and Capabilities: Owns the CI capabilities framework and leads development program in the plantVisual Performance Management: Develop people’s capability to reveal and solve problems to improve business performanceFocused Improvement: Ability to drive through others change management to drive Continuous Improvement capability and mindset at all levels of the plant (shop floor to SLT)Value Stream Mapping (VSM): Implement Value Stream Mapping to see all parts of a process, identify gaps versus the desired state and illustrate the impact various solutions have on the end customer of the product/serviceOverall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE): Develops and implements the OEE plan to deliver improved efficiencies driving cost reduction, improved agility, E2E LT and inventory reductions.Equipment Performance Improvement: Collaboratives with different functions to deploy AM, BDA and FI and can use reliability-based metrics in order to improve/maintain equipment reliability and minimize downtimePerformance & governance: Supports value stream performance delivery and governance of the site, applying agility and continuous improvement to support production capacity and delivery to meet business requirements.Financial Benefit: Delivery the F4G targets of site by coordinating with different functions and stakeholders both on site and in BusChange Management and PMOLead the critical business projects governance at site via PMO clearly linked to site strategy and KPIs.Create and implement appropriate change management (including communication) plans applying the Haleon Framework and supporting toolkit that maximize employee engagement and manage natural organisational resistance to support change initiatives.Facilitate local site PMO governance to ensure resources and funding are focusing on delivering the business strategy in a through a lean and effective framework.
