Our client, a high profile international property services organisation are now expanding their team in the city & have engaged with us in Cpl to find suitably qualified candidates to interview for this newly created permanent role so if you’re interested, please apply!The Job:As a key part of the property operations team, you will be tasked with covering a wide range of property & financial administration focused duties & to work with colleagues across the business in support of their specialised duties & projects. More specifically this will include managing the property viewing schedules, updating property records & tenant documentation, resolving lease queries, logging payments & invoicing, engaging with external service providers & suppliers, implementing new work systems & preparing in-depth reports for senior management teams. Your Skills/Experience that we need:3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline. 3-4+ years’ experience ideally gained in a property or financial/accounts focused administration role. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.Proven ability to work on your own initiative & to multitask.The Offer:Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to be approx. to approx. 33-39k + annual bonus & strong further career growth prospects. This role is expected to be fully office based 5 days per week & candidates must be available to interview in person.
