Project Coordinator

DescriptionTeam Horizon currently has an exciting opening for Project Coordinator to join their client’s rapidly growing team in Sligo. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing clinical trial company in a fast paced start up environment, where you will be responsible for supporting the operation of Validation/Qualification and other operational projects. Why you should apply:This is an opportunity to work with an established Irish owned Early Phase supply partner, who value patient safety and Quality above all else.You will have an opportunity to make a real impact with a company that is passionate about delivery and is close to the patient. What you will be doing:Monitoring projects and liaising with cross-functional departments.Prepare batch reports.Validation/qualification activities.Work on production activities (e.g., source labels that can be used in various conditions)Troubleshoot production issues.Support client needs & client projects.Provide a consultative approach to project coordination and collaborate with team members to ensure project delivery.Manage client relationships.Any other duties as assigned. What you need to apply:Degree in Science/Engineering/Quality preferred.Project Coordinator/project facing experience is preferred.Experience in the day-to-day operations in a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment.A person who is personable and proactive in client-facing environments to ensure client needs are met.Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.
