Requirements Trainee Aircraft Mechanic Requirements A strong aptitude for manual work is recommended. A keen interest in a career within aircraft maintenance. Basic knowledge of English is required (Level A2 / B1) and a secondary school diploma, equivalent or higher as an educational qualification. Ability to pass a full security background check. Be 18 years or older.
